Presentation High School is proud of its rigorous college-preparatory academic program, which is designed to train each student to think critically, speak and write clearly, and apply her knowledge toward 21st-century problem-solving.

Our students' hard work pays off with exceptional performance on standardized tests. Honors and Advanced Placement courses are offered in all disciplines, and in 2010 more than 300 AP exams were administered in 11 subjects. Nearly 90 percent of our students taking these exams passed, which is more than 25 percentage points above the national average. On SAT tests, our students on average score 400 points higher than the national average.

Presentation is proud of the fact that 100 percent of its graduates go to college, including highly selective colleges and universities such as Notre Dame, Purdue, Tufts, Georgetown, Harvard, Boston College, Duke, New York University, UC Berkeley, and UCLA.

Presentation students are led by caring and compassionate faculty members, 75 percent of whom hold advanced degrees. With a 25-to-1 student-teacher ratio, teachers are able to provide personalized attention and support in the classroom, and they also moderate clubs, cheer on students on the sports fields and attend performances.
