Support Presentation

Giving Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in supporting Presentation High School. We have a variety of options that may be of interest to you. Please review the opportunities described here, and then choose the areas you wish to support by clicking on the button below.

Annual Giving Program
The quality of education Presentation provides comes with significant cost, which is not fully covered by tuition. Our Annual Giving Program helps us make up the shortfall between actual educational costs and tuition. This year, that shortfall stands at $1,740 per student. In order to continue to provide superb programs for our students, we must raise these additional dollars each year. Gifts made to the Annual Giving Program make up this shortfall.

Direct Aid Scholarship Program
In order for Presentation to accept students regardless of their family's ability to pay, scholarship funds must continue to grow. Each year the requests for financial aid double. Unfortunately, scholarship funds have not. The cost of education is continuing to escalate, so we must rely on the generosity of our supporters to help meet this challenge. Yearly gifts to these funds will ensure that any qualified student may receive a Presentation education, regardless of her family's ability to pay tuition.

Endowment
Great private schools have one thing in common — a robust endowment. A healthy endowment underwrites programs essential to the mission of the school, ensures the growth of financial aid for students, provides a safety net should an unexpected crisis occur, helps control tuition increases, communicates financial stability to donors, and represents a commitment to the long- term future of the school.

Alumnae Endowment Program
Presentation’s Alumnae Endowment was established in 2003 to meet a growing need for financial aid. The fund was started as a way for our graduates to ensure that qualified students would be able to attend Presentation, regardless of their family’s ability to pay tuition. Only the interest earned on the endowment is used, and the gift remains in the fund in perpetuity.

Wishbook
Teachers are always in need of items to enrich their classroom teaching and to enhance student learning. Each year, teachers submit items for the Wish Book. If your interest lies in helping in a specific subject area, please browse through our Wish Book. Wish Book details.

Escrip
Each year, the Presentation Parent Board works hard on events and activities that fund scholarships, wish list items, and contributes to the school budget. The success of the eScrip program is critical, representing approximately 40 percent of the funding committed to the school by the Parent Board. There is no cost to join eScrip. Simply register your grocery loyalty cards, credit, debit, and ATM cards at www.escrip.com and shop as usual at one of thousands of participating eScrip merchants. Presentation will receive a percentage of the purchase as a donation. Supporters may also split their contributions among more than one school or charity. Join over 1,200 people who have already registered for eScrip in support of our students!
